Definitions:

The client: the person(s) receiving the service(s)

Makeup artist: Eboni Rose Wenn

The agreement: The agreement between client and makeup artist for the agreed services

The location: The location in which the services will be performed

The fee: The amount payable by the client to the makeup artist

 

By booking an appointment you are agreeing to these terms.

 

A 30% NON REFUNDABLE deposit is required to book an appointment. This fee will be calculated by the makeup artist and the client must pay the fee at the time of booking to secure the appointment. The client’s appointment is not confirmed until a deposit has been paid, this deposit will be deducted from your final balance. If the client wishes to cancel their appointment please notify the makeup artist at the soonest availability. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the client’s appointment time will need to pay a new deposit for future appointments. Repeat cancellations made by the client will be asked to pay in full for future services or will not be rebooked.

 

The client should be ready at the time of their appointment with no makeup on, this ensures the skin is ready for makeup application and the client will get the most out of their appointment time.

 

Services cannot be performed on the client with skin contraindications, this includes but is not limited to:

  • Certain allergens
  • Cold sores
  • Sunburn
  • Impetigo
  • Ringworm
  • Conjunctivitis
  • Head lice etc.

The makeup artist reserves the right to refuse services in the event of contraindications, this is for the safety of themselves and other clients.

 

The client will be asked to fill in a client record form at the start of their appointment to disclose any allergies or conditions that may affect the services. By filling in this form the client is confirming that all information is up to date and true to their knowledge.

 

Breakages must be paid for. This includes the contamination of makeup products (touching/using items with hands or double dipping) as contaminated products can no longer be used and must be destroyed for hygiene reasons. Breakages fees will be calculated and the client is required to pay this to the makeup artist.

 

The client must provide a full location for the makeup artist to attend as well as an agreed start time. Travel over 5 miles will incur a travel fee which will be calculated based on mileage and added to the client’s total balance.

 

In the event that the makeup artist has to cancel your appointment due to illness, emergency or acts of God the makeup artist will try and arrange an alternative trusted makeup artist. In the event that this cannot be arranged, the client will be entitled to a full refund and 10% off a future service for the inconvenience.
